Our approach to our food is best described as rustic Mediterranean with a modern contemporary edge which we are confident will blend perfectly with chic and modern design to create a unique experience in Tapas restaurants.

Our wines have been carefully selected to particularly demonstrate the quality and diversity of Spain. A country steeped in wine making tradition that is also not afraid to embrace new methods and technology, producing wines that are the perfect accompaniment to the wonderfully diverse Spanish cuisine.

The wines from traditional regions such as Rioja, Navarra, Penedes and of course Jerez are being enjoyed alongside new and innovative regions such as Rueda, Castilla,Rias Baixas.

We source mainly from small, family owned Bodegas, who take great pride in the quality of the wines they produce.
